The New Moon in Libra invites us to pause, soften, and restore harmony — within and around us. ♎️
This moon reminds us that balance isn’t about perfection — it’s about returning, breath by breath, to our natural rhythm.
As the days grow shorter and autumn’s air turns crisp, the Metal Element calls us to refine, release, and create space for clarity.
This simple Energy Medicine Yoga® ritual helps you regulate your energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect to your inner equilibrium.
Set up: Sit comfortably with a candle or under the open sky.
1️⃣ Rub your palms together until warm, awakening the energy centers in your hands.
2️⃣ Place your palms over your lungs.
3️⃣ Inhale through your nose, exhale with a soft “Sssss” sound. Feel your body soften with each breath.
4️⃣ Whisper: “With each breath, I restore balance.”
5️⃣ Write one thing you’re ready to release and one intention to nurture balance in your life.
✨ Optional: Place your note under a crystal or candle overnight as your new moon intention offering.
