This is not about perfection.

This is about practicing ahimsa — non-violence toward yourself.
In a world that feels loud, divided, and overstimulated, what we need right now is love. And the most sustainable place to begin is within.
Self-love is often misunderstood.
It is not indulgence.
It is not bypassing hard emotions.
It is not pretending everything is fine.
Self-love is nervous system care.
It is learning how to regulate instead of react.
It is speaking to yourself with respect.
It is building self-trust through small, consistent rituals.
Valentine’s Day can stir many emotions — longing, tenderness, grief, joy, independence. This workshop creates space for all of it.
You don’t need to leave your house.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
