🌿 Cooking in Sacred Rhythm: Mediterranean Trail Mix for Nervous System Support

There are foods that fill the stomach…
and there are foods that feed the nervous system.
This Mediterranean-inspired trail mix is filled with sweet warmth, calming minerals, healthy fats, and grounding spices — making it both nourishing and energetically balancing.
The simple act of stirring nuts in a warmed pan can become a meditation —
a return to the senses,
a dropping back into the body,
a moment of sacred rhythm.
Mediterranean Energy + Grounding Trail Mix
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp allspice
2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios—whatever you love)
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup apricots, diced
½ cup dried figs, diced
Pinch of sea salt
Warm olive oil in a pan → stir in nuts + seeds
Add cardamom, allspice, vanilla & maple syrup
Toss until glossy, golden, aromatic
Remove from heat → fold in apricots + figs
Let cool → snack, savor, breathe.
