🌈 3 Ways to Raise Your Vibration This Week

Life moves fast. Our energy can scatter in a dozen directions before we even take the first sip of coffee. These three simple Energy Medicine practices will help you come back home — to your body, your breath, and your natural rhythm of love and balance.


🌿 1. Reset Your Energy — The Ear Pull

When you feel tense, foggy, or overstimulated, your energy field can become tangled.
The ear pull from Energy Medicine Yoga is a quick and powerful way to reset.
Gently pulling down on your earlobes activates every major meridian in the body, calms the vagus nerve, and helps the nervous system return to safety.

💫 Try it when: you’re feeling stressed, ungrounded, or before meditation.
Energetic benefit: Clears static, balances left-right brain flow, and reconnects you to the present moment.


💎 2. Realign Through Sound — The 528 Hz “Love Frequency” Ritual

Sound is vibration, and vibration is energy. The 528 Hz frequency — known as the “Love Frequency” — is said to repair DNA, harmonize the heart field, and restore inner coherence.

In my Mindful Monday ritual, I light a candle, strike my 528 Hz tuning fork, hold a blue crystal in my hands, and breathe the sound through my body. Then I place a hand over my high heart and feel gratitude pulse outward like light.

As you move through your day, notice your energy behind each action. Are you rushing, or are you breathing? Are you forcing, or are you flowing?
